Parkland Light and Water Company
Built in 1944, the building was once home to the Parkland Light Company and later the Parkland Library.
Hobby town
Before Arivva moved in, it was also home to HobbyTown, a place many longtime residents may remember.

In 2020, Arivva moved into this historic space, bringing a new chapter of arts education, workforce development, and community connection.
